Report team killing pilots

I would like to report team killing by players "Colin" 7x TK and "Nightstar" 2xTK today at 15:00 on 51st EU server.
It was very frustrating to try to start A10c before I was be destroyed. I suggests a restrict the ability of team killing to 2 times.
