Holimoli's application

Hello 51st Bisons,

I'd like to join your squadron as Su27 pilot and here is my filled in application form for it:

Flightsim experience: I'll only write relevant/DCS related stuff and try to keep it short and simple. I guess my experience in "X-Wing vs Tie fighter" is not worth mentioning.

My very first experience with DCS was in 2012/2013 with LOFC2. Most of time i just flew around with all the aircraft and tried to learn the different combat systems and weapons. From time to time I did some dogfights but didn't rly take part in serious A2A combats. In Dec 2014 I started to play A10-C, KA-50 and FC3. I spent most of the time in the A10-C cockpit though (7-8months) - Played some missions of the two singleplayer campagins and flew some missions online. For more than 2 months now i'm flying the Su27/Mig29 and F15.I know how to use all A2A the weapons/systems except A2G weapons.
Atm I'm reading a lot about the Su27,F15, BVR tactics,brevity codes,corner/turn speeds,physical properties,... and try to fly online as much as I can to get familiar with A2A combat situations and to get some kind of SA.

I do not have any experience in formation flying and flying with a wingman/squad/team.


About yourself:
I grew up with computers and electronics. I always wanted to know how things work and was really fascinated about aircraft's physical properties and about its onboard electronic systems. That's where the addiction to aircraft comes from.
I also have a lot of RC planes and helicopters. Besides all that flying stuff i'm playing/learning guitar, drums and piano.

Why should we accept you: I'm very active and can become very dedicated/passionated to a hobby. In other words I usually do a hobby for a very long time and could be a really good "long time addition" to your squad.
